I imagine you’re wondering, “Who is this guy?” and more importantly, “Is he worth listening to?” With regards to the last question, the answer is, “it depends.” It depends on where you are and what you’re looking for.
Here’s how you’d know if we’re NOT a fit:
You’re looking for a magic pill that will immediately get you results without the effort. A lot of people will try to sell you this dream, but I’m not one of them.
You are already achieving all your goals and are satisfied with where you are at. Sure, we could work together and I can help you get to the next level, but if what you’re doing is working for you, keep doing it.
Now that we’ve got that out of the way, here’s how you’d know if you WOULD be a good fit:

Nearly all traditional coaching methods help you clarify goals, create action plans, and be accountable to them. This can be extremely effective in the short run while your enthusiasm and energy are running high. Unfortunately, the ability to sustain the outcome and repeat the process usually deteriorates over time. This is a symptom of underlying energy and mindset inhibitors.
I pursued this alphabet soup of credentials so I would be able to go much further- to uncover inner blind spots and cultivate new perspectives which support individual success on a sustainable level. This methodology empowers people to dig deeply, honestly, and objectively into their energy and mental programming to assess who they are and who they want to become. THIS is how people step into new versions of themselves, make connections, become catalysts for culture shifts within their workplaces, and increase the joy and positivity in every aspect of their lives.
Prior to founding James Ward Coaching, I had the opportunity to serve Keller Williams Realty Associates in multiple capacities for the better part of a decade, both at KWRI and in the field. In that space, I have a proven track record helping real estate agents and business owners who feel stuck in the "messy middle" between where they are and the next level they yearn to reach, both in their business and in their lives.
